Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet is looking to hire an Automotive Service Advisor.
Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their service appointment.
- Communicating service information to the customer on behalf of the Technician.
- Informing customers about services to prolong the health of their vehicle.
- Keeping a constant flow of communication with customers about their vehicles that may be in for extended repair.
- Working well with Technicians, other Advisors, and Appointment Setters to ensure a smooth transaction between Mike Reichenbach and the customer.
- Collecting payment for services rendered on customer's vehicle.
- Accurately communicating and documenting all services, as necessary, to the customer and through the proper channels.
