What You’ll Do:
- Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents
- Manage complex attorney calendars and coordinate court dates, meetings, and deadlines
- Organize and maintain client files—physical and digital—with obsessive attention to detail
- Conduct legal research and assist with case prep, discovery, and trial support
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Handle correspondence, schedule management, and administrative tasks
- Assist with exhibit prep and trial notebooks for court appearances
- E-file with precision—you’re proficient in M-filing
- Type quickly and accurately (65 wpm preferred)
- Work as part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering results
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in litigation support or legal secretary roles
- Knowledge of Michigan No-Fault law and/or Personal Injury Experience preferred
- Familiarity with legal terminology and civil litigation procedures
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to juggle deadlines without dropping the ball
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-first mindset
