As a Service Guest Engagement Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire about a vehicle or schedule service to the time they drive off the lot. You’ll work closely with the Guest Engagement Manager and sales teams to build relationships and drive dealership success.
Your Day-to-Day
- Be the friendly, professional voice of our service department — responding promptly and courteously to inbound customer inquiries.
- Reach out to customers after their visits to ensure satisfaction, express appreciation, and invite them to return for future service needs.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text, offering answers, guidance, and genuine care in every interaction.
- Confirm and reschedule service appointments to keep our shop running smoothly and our customers well cared for.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure we’ve exceeded expectations — and take proactive steps when we haven’t.
- Keep detailed and accurate records in our CRM, ensuring every customer’s experience is well-documented and supported.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles (automotive experience a plus!)
- Available to work full- or part-time, including rotating shifts and alternating Saturdays
- A confident, professional communicator who builds rapport easily and enjoys helping people
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile to make things right
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn — especially when it comes to CRM systems and dealership tools
