Mike Maroone Ford Longmont is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with at least one year of automotive sales experience. This is an opportunity for professionals who know how to build relationships, guide guests confidently through the buying process, and consistently deliver results.

What You’ll Do
- Sell and lease new and used vehicles using a proven sales process
- Welcome and assist showroom and lot customers with confidence and professionalism
- Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right vehicle
- Present vehicles, lead test drives, and explain features and benefits clearly
- Work deals through management and submit accurate paperwork to Finance
- Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand warranties, features, and documentation
- Introduce customers to the Service Department and schedule first service appointments
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and product updates
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1-year automotive sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to close deals and deliver strong customer experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort using CRM systems and dealership technology
- Professional appearance and positive, customer-focused approach
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
