What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOOD PREPARATION STAFF position at Mike Linnigs?
We are searching for candidates who will enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment and who have a desire to help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests. Food preparation staff main duties and responsibilities include:
- Slicing vegetables and other ingredients
- Ensuring the sanitary regulations are met
- Preparing salads and other side items
- Reading and processing food order tickets by preparing trays for on site dining or carry out packaging
- Stocking paper products for next shift
- Cleaning dishes, floors and surface work area at the end of the shift
