• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, clients, and key stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term business growth.
• Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demonstrations, and client meetings to generate new leads and close deals.
• Negotiate new accounts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that support company objectives.
• Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns tailored to your territory’s unique demographics.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as tracking sales activities, updating CRM systems, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
• Support benefits administration initiatives by promoting relevant programs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when applicable, ensuring all sales activities adhere to legal standards.
• Utilize analysis skills to assess sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader customer base across different regions.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools such as CRM software; strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
