What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle Title Clerk position at Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC?
Our growing, family-owned dealership is looking for a Title Clerk to support daily
office tasks and provide excellent customer service. This position is full-time,
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally managing incoming calls,
assisting customers, and ensuring a positive dealership experience.
• Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments while supporting the service
department with appointment scheduling and customer communication.
• Provide cashier support as needed, accurately processing customer transactions and
payments.
• Manage and track vehicle titles related to trade-ins, purchases, payoffs, and auction
transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare, review, and submit title and registration documentation in compliance with Wisconsin Department of Transportation regulations.
• Coordinate with financial institutions by submitting required funding documentation and maintaining accurate records throughout the vehicle sales process.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the accuracy of dealership records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with special projects and additional office responsibilities as assigned.
• Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive customer and dealership information.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment while supporting the daily operational needs of the dealership.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have great time management and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate would have strong
customer service skills, able to work in an office setting, and a team player. This
candidate must be adaptable to change and have hard-working attitude.
Previous receptionist and/or dealership experience is preferred but not
required as we are willing to train the right candidate. We only ask that
you bring a positive attitude to the work environment!
