What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver - CDL (Haz Mat) required position at Mike & Jerry's Paint and Supply?
Mike & Jerry's Paint & Supply, Warehouse/General Labor Associates are responsible for accurately picking, stocking, counting, and adjusting inventory in a timely manner. Must be goal orientated and wanting to grow with a company.
Delivery Driver Duties:
CDL License with Hazmat endorsement needed to make deliveries in small box truck when needed
Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Shipping and receiving of materials
- Palletizing and un-palletizing materials
- Following instruction and processes with pulling and checking customer orders.
- Labeling cans
- Janitorial duties
- Driving a forklift
- Counting inventory
- Other duties as assigned
- Preserves safe and clean work areas by complying with company policies and procedures
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/ GED
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Ability to stand and walk up to 3 hours at a time is required.
- Ability to lift 20lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
- Team player is number one qualification - Teamwork is a must!
