Customer Service & Relationships
- Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage information, claims and service requests.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency systems.
- Manage competing priorities while delivering timely, professional service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to review coverage and address additional insurance needs.
- Support agency growth through excellent service, customer retention, and relationship development.
- Genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing.
- Previous customer service experience in insurance, banking, healthcare, retail, or a related field.
- Experience managing customer accounts or resolving service concerns.
- Active Montana Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Previous insurance agency experience.
