We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team and help elevate our service department to the next level.
Position Summary:
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional service experience, from vehicle write-up to delivery, while maintaining clear communication between customers and technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Write repair orders and document customer concerns accurately
- Recommend maintenance and necessary repairs based on vehicle condition
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding status updates
- Provide estimates, timelines, and follow-up on service progress
- Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
- Maintain CSI standards and dealership processes
- Upsell services ethically and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
