Responsibilities
You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon the start of employment.
Compensation shown includes average commissions; commission is uncapped with no earning limits.

Responsibilities
- Prospect to provided marketing leads
- Follow up regularly with prospects and current clients to hit production goals
- Help individuals, businesses, and families select the most appropriate policies for health, life, auto and properties
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
- Pass on issues to account managers when needed
- Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
- Answer questions and make changes to existing policies
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Assertiveness and confidence
- Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
