ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of three. I spent 20 years owning and operating businesses before transitioning into the insurance industry as a State Farm team member and eventually becoming an agent. I’m a Fresno State graduate, and outside of work, I enjoy adventure - everything from mountain climbing to scuba diving.
Our agency is proud to support local youth and high school sports programs and enjoys staying connected to the families in our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Mike Contreras - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
