Mike Castrucci Ford Milford is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our award-winning Service Department. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As the first and last person many of our service customers interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Process payments for service repair orders accurately.
- Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist customers with questions regarding service visits.
- Support Service Advisors and the Service Manager with administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate customer records using dealership software.
- Help keep the cashier and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership management software.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
