Responsibilities
Engage customers in the showroom and guide them through the vehicle selection process
Leverage product knowledge to present features, benefits, and options tailored to each customer
Conduct professional test drives and follow dealership protocols
Maintain strong follow-up practices to convert leads and build long-term client relationships
Utilize CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity
Resolve customer concerns in a proactive, solutions-focused manner
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
Participate in team sales meetings, product training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service
Qualifications
Prior automotive sales experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
