Customer Sales Representative

Mike Carpino Ford Parsons is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Customer Sales Representative to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is committed to helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. This role involves assisting customers throughout the buying process, staying on top of leads and follow ups, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but is not required. We're willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience

• Assist customers in finding new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs

• Make outbound calls and reach out to potential customers

• Proactively work leads and look for new sales opportunities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and other customer inquiries

• Provide information on new and pre-owned vehicle features and options

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Consistently follow up with prospective customers

• Record accurate customer information, notes, and follow up activity in CRM

• Stay informed on Ford and Lincoln products, incentives, promotions, and available inventory

• Follow dealership sales process and complete all necessary tasks in a timely manner

• Work collaboratively with sales and service team members

• Represent Mike Carpino Ford Parsons professionally inside the dealership and in the community

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is encouraged, but not required

• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative

• Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking to customers

• Consistent and dependable with customer follow ups

• Comfortable reaching out to customers by phone, text, email, and in persons

• Available to work Saturdays from 8 AM - 3 PM

• Goal oriented with a desire to learn and grow

• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
