What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Ford Super Duty, Isuzu, and Hino diesel engines and commercial truck systems with precision and efficiency.
- Perform warranty work, routine maintenance, and complex engine, drivetrain, and chassis repairs.
- Use OEM diagnostic software (Ford IDS/FDRS, Isuzu IDSS, Hino DXII) to troubleshoot and document findings.
- Partner with Service Advisors and Parts to deliver accurate estimates and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and workmanship.
- Contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented culture in the Truck Center.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3 years as a diesel technician (Ford, Isuzu, or Hino factory certifications a plus).
- Skillset: Proven expertise in diesel engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, and electronic systems.
- Drive: A technician who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
