We are looking for an experienced, professional Oyster Shuckers/Char-Grillers that can prepare Oysters using Mike Anderson's exact specifications must be able to be on time, look and act professionally, and have a passion for Oysters. A great team member will play a key role in living true to our vision (noted above).
Rates: $13-15 per hour

- We close at 10:00 PM Monday-Thursday
- Close at 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 PM on Sundays, so no late nights!
Here’s what we need:
- An awesome smile and winning attitude.
- A willingness to learn and be part of a winning team.
- 1-2 yrs working with oysters - experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Shuck oysters to specifications - safely, clean, and efficiently
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables and/or preparing sauces)
- Shuck and/or cook oysters in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
- Answer, report and follow kitchen managers instructions
- Clean up station thoroughly
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members
- Entertain guests and assist bartenders in cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance under pressure.
Skills
- Proven cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with our industry’s best practices
- Friendly Personality and Understanding of Health Code
