We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about the automotive industry who aspire to further their career within a thriving organization. As part of our leadership team you will directly manage dealership operations, sales strategies, and customer relationships.
The Mike Anderson Auto Group is looking for experienced automotive leaders who want more from their next management position.
We currently have leadership opportunities in Sales, Finance and Fixed Operations, and we’re also looking ahead. As our group evaluates future acquisitions and growth opportunities, we want to build relationships with talented managers who have the ability—and the ambition—to eventually run a dealership.
The ideal candidates will have a demonstrated history of leadership, team building, accountability and strong dealership operations. We’re interested in people who understand how to build a team, grow profitability, develop employees and create a culture where people want to perform.
