Responsibilities
- Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines.
- Assist customers with policy and billing inquiries.
- Inform clients about promotions, upgrades, and new products
- Retain customers and manage accounts through phone, email, and client lists
- Educate clients on insurance policies that best fit their needs
- Conduct follow-up calls to businesses and individuals to promote services and referral programs
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, warm calls, and lead databases
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License Preferred (or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire). Licensing assistance available
- Prior insurance and/or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual is strongly preferred!
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and strong leadership qualities as well execution of daily and weekly customer service-related tasks.
- Strong work ethic and competitive spirit
- Familiarity with marketing principles and sales strategies
Salary : $47,000 - $52,000
