Mike Agruss Law was founded in 2012. Since then, we have grown to 4 lawyers and 15 support staff. Our personal injury practice focuses on car crashes, premises liability, dog bites, and nursing home abuse. Year-over-year, we have grown both in cases and gross revenues. We have an incredible network of doctors and medical specialists who provide immediate treatment to clients. Our unique formula has earned us over 1,600 outstanding client reviews on our website, an A BBB rating, and more than 1,200 five-star reviews on Google.

Responsibilities
- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
- You will interview 50 potential clients per day by phone, e-mail, and text.
- You must be extremely organized, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- You will use our law firm software, Litify, and all Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- We expect our candidates to be tech-savvy and willing to learn our systems.
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- Previous legal experience highly valued
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
- Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
