Overview
You will support daily office operations, assist clients, and help maintain smooth workflow across our tax and financial service locations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Organizing documents and maintaining client files
- Data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Assisting with tax-season preparation and office support
- Light office cleaning and supply organization
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (email, printing, scanning)
- Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
