Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales associate to join our dynamic team. As a sales associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing great customer service and assisting in the sales process. You will assist customers, provide product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Bilingual (english/spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right furniture and home decor items for their needs.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences, style, and budget.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized..
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest furniture trends, product offerings, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in furniture sales or retail preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Must be able to lift and move furniture pieces ( light lifting required ).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
