How you will enjoy your day: Assist with creating safe, effective and innovative mindful & holistic programs for guests. Will assist Wellness Manager and Mindful Staff in all areas relating to sessions/treatments and guest satisfaction. Work closely with Assistant GM & Wellness Manager on daily and quarterly activities. Innovate and collaborate on new programming, sessions and wellbeing pathways to enhance the guest experience, developing content to support Mii amo’s holistic approach to mindfulness and well being. Monitor and assist with treatment room standards and scheduling. Provide a safe, clean, motivating and nurturing environment for services that exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities And Authorities
High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to confidently lead, motivate a group and clearly communicate. Self motivated ability to work with little supervision. Must be dependable. CPR and First Aid certification.

Hearing and Manual dexterity

Work Performed
- Innovate, create and assist with new mindful and holistic programming.
- Creating activity schedules and programming.
- Monitor Mindful and consult spaces and facilitate maintenance or replacement as needed.
- Working on the floor, interacting with guests and helping with equipment during shift.
- Maintain mindfulness supplies as needed including inventories and purchase orders.
- Maintain customer service standards.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the Mindful and Consult spaces.
- Promote Mindfulness offerings to guests.
- Work with a PR mindset and strategy ensuring Mii amo’s holistic approach remains strongly positioned.
- Promote private bookings and classes.
- Perform and facilitate classes, sessions and programs as needed.
- Understanding and actions based on financial budgets.
- Develop operating procedures as required and monitor staff performance as necessary.
- Recruit, hire, develop and train mindfulness team members.
- Assist management with creating an environment of teamwork.
- Knows all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained at a high level of standard.
- Manage schedules and activities through necessary systems.
- Acts as MOD as required.
- Follow safety first policy in work areas and with chemicals and equipment.
- Clean and store equipment properly.
