How You Will Enjoy Your Day
Perform painting and wall repair to rooms and exterior of the property.
If this is the right fit for you, you will:
- Have a minimum of three years of experience
- Be available to work the hours of 07:00am-3:30pm
- Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as needed
- Handle painting, wall repair and wood refinishing in all guest rooms and public areas
- Keep records on rooms and public area painting
- Use pass down log
- Make rounds, identify and track areas that need painting
- Fill out requisitions for ordering supplies/parts
- Deal with various vendors for supplies
- Keep area in shop clean and organized
- Assist other engineering staff when needed
- Help control expenses
- Other duties as assigned
