We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. You will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards while providing a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate the POS
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
