What You'll Do
As a Compliance Project Management Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will be a key driver of operational integrity, governance, and regulatory alignment across complex projects and programs. Join our dynamic team to ensure that project delivery is executed with precision, accountability, and in full adherence to compliance standards. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead compliance oversight across projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage project governance frameworks, ensuring documentation, controls, and audit trails are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management strategies, issue tracking, and mitigation planning.
- Deliver clear, structured reporting to senior leadership on project compliance, audit readiness, and key risk indicators.
- Support the development and rollout of compliance training, process improvements, and project controls.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, legal/compliance functions, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory transparency and accountability.
- Monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations, performing assessments and reviews to drive continuous compliance improvement.
You will apply expert knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), bringing structure and discipline to diverse programs while enabling successful delivery in regulated environments. Representing our brand with clients, you will be at the forefront of ensuring project integrity and business resilience.
Who You Are
You bring 5–10 years of experience in project or program management with a strong emphasis on compliance, governance, or risk. You hold a bachelor's degree and have a passion for building structured, compliant frameworks within project environments. Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or compliance-focused credentials (e.g., CRMP, CISA, or certifications in regulatory affairs, GRC, or audit) are highly valued. Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma, or government) is a plus.

What to Expect During the Interview Process:
- Introductory Call: A 15-20 minute conversation with our Talent Partner.
- Microsoft Teams or In-Person Interview: A 1-hour interview with a Business Manager.
- Technical Interview: Review a case study for 1 hour, followed by a 1-hour interview to present your findings and discuss with a Business Manager.
Compensation
MIGSO-PCUBED believes in fair and equitable compensation. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $90,000 - $135,000 annually. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program. The wage range for this role takes into account the range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
