Your Next Challenge
As a Business Lead, your mission is clear : develop and expand our business and your professional network while building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across diverse industries.
In this multifaceted role, you'll take on three main responsibilities :
- Business Development : Maintain a proactive business development approach, grow your portfolio, identify new opportunities, and cultivate relationships with key account customers while showcasing our premier Project Management services.
- Management and Recruitment : Our people are our greatest asset. Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Team to identify, interview, and onboard exceptional candidates to support and enhance your consulting team. Empower your team through coaching, career development, and motivational support.
- Profit Center Management : Oversee the success of projects in tandem with your consultants, Delivery Managers, and clients. Drive revenue growth and meet profitability targets while ensuring client satisfaction remains high.
Who Are You?
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (preferred) and have 3-5 years of experience in service sales or client account management. You have a strong interest in various industries and their unique challenges.
You thrive on solving clients' significant problems with our innovative project management solutions. Ideally, you also have some Project Management experience, but if not, we are committed to investing in your growth.
You're business-minded, results-oriented, and demonstrate both self-discipline and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. To top it off, you excel at building impactful relationships with both internal teams and clients.
