Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between sites; maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage.
- Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger construction or renovation efforts as needed for Crawl Space Pros.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, o
- Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with dehumidifier appliance installation and maintenance across various settings including heavy equipment.
- Ability to operate construction tools and perform basic carpentry or structural repairs when necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; familiarity with maintenance operations in diverse environments is preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams on maintenance projects.
