What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Teacher Floater/ Full time Teaching Position position at Mighty Marvels Adventure Academy?
We are looking for a fun, energetic, and motivated individual. We have flexible work hours; no weekends and we can work with a school schedule.
No experience required, helpful, but we are willing to teach.
Must be 18 or over.
Must love children!
We ask if you do join our team, that you acquire your CPR certification, 18 yearly clock hours, subsidy hours and finger printing. We also have so many opportunities to get college or a CDA for FREE!
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and ensure a safe learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Assist in meal preparation, diaper changing, and maintaining cleanliness
- Continuously monitor and address children's needs and behaviors
Qualifications
Experience with children, childcare, and classroom management are essential for this role. Premium skills such as first aid and special education are beneficial. Relevant skills like nannying and behavior management are valued. While CPR Certification and a Child Development Associate Certification are required, no prior experience is necessary. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education and care.
