Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the Academy
- Hire, engage and develop a team of qualified and Christ following educators to be passionate and committed professionals
- Develop / Approve curriculum and program
- Leverage your business, sales, and marketing skills to grow MLHA’s presence in the community, leading to the growth of new families and children in our academy.
- Create and manage the budget
- Seek fundraising opportunities regularly
- Encourage an attitude of Christ likeness in all aspects of the classroom: lessons; relationships (student, parent, and staff); Academy management, and discipline.
- Always represent the mission and values of MLHA
- Create a fun and caring environment for children, families, and staff
- Report updates to the board during required board meetings

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive work experience in early education
- At least 5 years experience in classroom setting
- CPR and First Aid Certification, provided by MLHA
- Federal background check required
