SENIOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our company is growing fast, and we need an experienced commercial/residential sales professional to hit the ground running generating sales through canvassing strategies and networking. We will have some pre-booked residential and commercial roofing appointments every month but you will utlimately control how much you make. The Sales Manager role is broken into 3 areas:
Phase 1 - Prospecting, cold calling, selling, performing property inspections, contingency and/or service agreements, assisting property owners in the insurance claim process after storms and or catastrophic events
Phase 2 - Meeting insurance adjusters, scoping the project, help production manager schedule the job with the homeowner depending on relationship, and formally contracting the job with property owners.
Phase 3 - Assisting the production manager in the collection of any progress payments, and/or final checks from the property owner.

Work Environment:
Mighty Dog Roofing’s Sales role will be responsible for a variety of both on-site projects and office-related tasks. Culture is very important to us so we maintain a positive environment within our company. This role will report directly to the General Manager (Rodney Hall) in Fort Worth, TX.
Position Type/Expected hours worked:
This is a full-time position; some on-site projects may require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical ‘9 to 5’ job. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. They will have to be able to climb ladders and get on roofs. We do have drones but they have to be able to get on the roof if necessary.
