- $120K to $150K to start, up to $300K for high performers, 9 to 15% commission
- Wrapped company truck, gas fully covered

What you'll need:
- Own the complete sales cycle from roof inspection through signed contract, meet homeowners face to face, build trust quickly, close with confidence
- Willing and able to climb roofs to conduct inspections, non-negotiable
- Comfortable outdoors, in the field, traveling between appointments
- Availability Monday, Wednesday, Friday for in-office training
- Saturday morning availability
- Strong communicator who earns trust naturally
