We’re a growing home exteriors company that focuses on roofing, siding, windows, and doors. We are hiring Neighborhood Outreach Representatives to work in areas impacted by recent hail and storm damage.
This role focuses on speaking with homeowners, setting up free roof inspections, and helping them understand how repairs are often covered by insurance.
No experience required — we provide training.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Educate on roof damage and insurance-covered repairs
- Schedule free inspections for our team
- Track basic lead info

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willing to work outdoors

Compensation:
- Hourly base pay
