- $150K annually, up to $300K for high performers
- 9 to 15% commission
- Wrapped company truck, gas fully covered

- Own the complete sales cycle from roof inspection through signed contract; meet homeowners face to face, build trust quickly, close with confidence
- Willing and able to climb roofs to conduct inspections, non-negotiable
- Comfortable outdoors, in the field, traveling between appointments
- Strong communicator and active listener who earns trust naturally
