Service Rep

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Service Representative / Delivery Driver. This is a combination role where you will manage professional customer relationships while handling the logistics of delivering high-quality automotive parts.

Essential Responsibilities

• Delivery & Logistics: Operate company box trucks safely to transport products (batteries, motor oil, filters) to and from remote locations.

• Inventory Management: Loading/unloading, review shipments for damage or shortages, and work with the Warehouse Manager on merchandise control.

• Customer Service: Communicate honestly and professionally with customers and Thomas associates; recognize opportunities to recommend products and services.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain accurate delivery records, secure loads properly, and adhere to OSHA, EPA, and Thomas Safety Policies.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the appearance and organization of assigned service vehicles and onboard equipment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Experience operating a Box Truck is a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to load and unload vehicle parts (including heavy items like batteries and oil drums) efficiently.

• Professionalism: High standards for grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to upholding the Thomas mission statement.
