Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Supervisor (RPS) to oversee our operations in multiple locations. The RPS will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of company policies and procedures, managing a team of employees, vendors, and achieving business objectives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy targets and revenue goals
- Manage and supervise a team of employees across multiple locations
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Oversee the leasing process, including LIHTC and Section 8 compliance
- Maintain accurate records and files, including data entry and reporting
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all aspects of operations
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management or related field
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Experience in managing a team of employees across multiple locations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property maangement software such as Yardi or Buildium
- Previous experience in real estate administrative or legal administrative roles is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette
