Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Project Manager based in Columbus, OH. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee mechanical and plumbing projects from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating procurement, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Additionally, the Project Manager will work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and uphold MIELKE's high standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and experience with building services systems
  • Knowledge of Plumbing systems and their application in construction projects
  • Experience in Procurement processes and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong skills in Budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
  • Experience with mechanical or industrial construction is highly desirable
