Experienced Commercial HVAC Service TechnicianMedina, OHMIELKE Mechanical, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Medina, Ohio. We are looking for experienced and self-motivating leaders to help our Service Division grow!What we can offer YOU: Dental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance Health insurance Paid time off 401k with company match HSA Contributions Company Vehicle with fuel card for job-related useTools, equipment, and industry-related continuing education providedGrowth opportunities Pay: $28 - $42/hour, offer dependent on experienceSchedule: Monday to Friday Full time 8-hour shift The right candidate will have: Experience: 10 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.Education: High school diploma or GED.Certifications: EPA Universal Certification.Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team setting.Familiarity with maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.Completion of trade/vocational school or equivalent on-the-job training.Our HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for: Performing preventive maintenance and diagnostic service on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.Responding to service calls and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.Completing repair work on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more.Ensuring systems are operating at peak performance through detailed testing, adjustments, and performance analysis.Communicating clearly with clients about system issues, repair options, and recommended solutions.Documenting all service activities, materials used, and system conditions in a professional and timely manner.Maintaining a clean and organized work area and company vehicle, while adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.Supporting long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.About Us: Advance your estimating career with MIELKE Mechanical, a distinguished mechanical contractor with a legacy of over 42 years in delivering unparalleled excellence.
