Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Motivated, Self-Starter

Essential Job Functions
- Seek out, pursue, clients that are looking to sell large equipment items. (i.e. Trailers, tractors, trucks.)
- Communicate efficiently the benefits of selling items through online auction
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Stay up-to-date on relevant information i.e. Liquidations, bankruptcy’s, and other heavy equipment sales.
- Effectively communicate with sales Manager, Operations Manager, and other Sales Associates
- Continuing follow up and customer service with customers after sales
- Follow through on any leads to create a relationship with clients
Typical Duties
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, keep detailed record of sales totals to be reported as requested
- Effectively communicate with other divisions of the Company to develop the best course of action based on needs of the customer
- Develop early sales goals and plan to achieve them
- Attend all Sales and Marketing meetings, when required
- Develop effective working relationship with Sale Coordinators in order to ensure that customers are satisfied
- Communicate with Marketing Department regarding monthly and special marketing materials
- Any other tasks given by immediate supervisor
