The Midwood Smokehouse - Birkdale Village - Huntersville team are seeking dynamic servers to join our high-volume, scratch kitchen and help us maintain our reputation as one of best BBQ restaurants for years to come.

Server Responsibilities Include:
- Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
- Build relationships with regulars, remembering their names, preferences, and needs.
- Make genuine recommendations that you feel your guests will enjoy.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system (Toast POS experience is a plus!)
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Communicate regularly with your tables, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
We Are Looking for a Server who:
- Knows how to give great service and make guests feel special.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Can stand for long periods of time and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.

Salary : $800 - $1,200
