The Business Banking Loan Servicing Representative provides administrative and clerical support for commercial bankers for all Business Banking Credit Center loans.

The Business Banking Loan Servicing Representative provides administrative and clerical support for commercial bankers for all Business Banking Credit Center loans.
- Establishes electronic commercial loans files for commercial bankers.
- Requests and reviews CIP documentation, credit reports, escrow, abstracts, title opinions, appraisals, and flood certifications.
- Requests and reviews hazard and flood insurance policies and determines proper coverage.
- Perfection of title, liens, and mortgages and reconcilement of fees associated.
- Responsible for loan disbursement and related activities.
- Assists bankers with compliance and policy requirements.
- Performs checkback for accuracy of elevated risk documentation/security instruments.
- Inputs, updates, and reviews data/reports from the document imaging system. This includes scanning and converting file documentation.
- Be the subject matter expert in the application process in order to assist a seamless experience for our customers both external and internal.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- One to three years of previous banking or financial institution experience required.
