We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications or products by performing thorough testing and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze requirements, design test strategies, and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of software applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system functionality and testing needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
