We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, create meaningful insights, and help strengthen business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Build financial models and dashboards for reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and business strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred).
• 0 7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Additional information:

• Onsite and Hybrid position are available.
• Candidate must be located at US.
• No relocation.
