Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract / W2
Experience: 3-6 years
We are seeking detail-oriented Business Analysts to analyze business requirements, improve processes, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, product, and project management teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support UAT planning, test-case development, and defect tracking
- 6- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
