Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze client requirements for hiring and training needs.
Interact with clients to understand project and staffing requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Coordinate with trainers to align training content with current industry demands.
Work with the placement team to match trained candidates with client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and skill demands.
Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
Basic understanding of SQL and software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Business Analyst certifications are an added advantage.
