For over 28 years, Midwest Wellness Education has provided educational wellness seminars focused on proactive health education rather than reactive care. As we expand our virtual platform, we are seeking additional mentors, trainers, and recruiters to support our continued growth.
Position Overview
This is a part-time, 100% remote position offering flexible scheduling. Individuals in this role support virtual wellness education while also engaging in outreach and recruitment activities. Responsibilities may include presenting educational content, coaching individuals, and speaking with people who have requested information about our programs and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor individuals and families on proactive wellness strategies
- Respond to inquiries from individuals who have expressed interest through online platforms
- Share information about educational programs and participation opportunities
- Support recruitment efforts by providing accurate information and guidance to interested individuals
- All outreach is to individuals who have requested information
- Collaborate with team leadership while working independently in a remote environment
Training & Support
- Full training provided (no prior experience required)
- All tools, systems, and educational materials supplied
- Ongoing coaching and professional development
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with people via phone and virtual platforms
- Interest in wellness, education, coaching, and promoting
- Ability to follow structured systems and training
