Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and service levels; implement corrective actions where needed.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor work tasks to ensure adequate staffing and timely completion.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to support operational goals.
- Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and progress updates.
- Handle escalated issues, resolve conflicts, and support problem-solving on the floor.
- Participate in training and development of new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in an operational or supervisory role.
