Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Omaha, Nebraska, with some opportunities for remote work. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by identifying and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for equipment usage as needed, and achieving sales targets. Other activities involve coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and promoting the company’s comprehensive product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving targets
- Ability to train clients on equipment usage and ensure meeting their specific needs
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools to manage customer accounts and sales leads
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience in the construction equipment industry is a plus
- CDL is preferred, but not required to gain employment. Must be able to obtain quickly, as it is required to drive our vehicles
