The Administrative Services Specialist - Wealth Management provides middle office support to client-facing portfolio managers and their assistants. Primarily responsible for ensuring Clarity, Consistency, and Communication within the organization.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities to be performed with or without accommodation:
- Lead new client/account opening and account closing processes
- Build and maintain client contact/account content aimed at client retention
- Maintain client contact/client portal data
- Lead preparation of client/account performance statements/books quarterly or upon request
- Provide input into client/account performance statement design
- Responsible for ensuring paper and electronic data files are maintained in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date familiarity of industry trends that affect the investment market
- Present complete, timely, and accurate client deliverables in an efficient manner
- Assist and/or participate with projects
- Supports the operations and investment staff with periodic requests, daily
- Regular attendance is a requirement of this job
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related subject, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of investments
- Ability to meet client and PM/CSA needs and expectations
- Ability to operate a personal computer with proficiency
- Skill in using computer applications, including spreadsheet and word processing software
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to all levels of the organization
- Skill in completing assignments accurately with attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily assignments and special projects
- Moderate noise (business office with computers, phone, printers, light traffic)
- Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period of time
- Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone
- Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Experience within investment management office environment
- 1-3 years of client interaction/support experience
- Compliance related experience
- Positive mindset toward client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize time and perform tasks
- Deadline oriented
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word
