We are looking for Parts Counter Clerk. This position assists customers with parts inquiries. They also work with the Outside Pars Sales Reps for parts ordering.

We are looking for Parts Counter Clerk. This position assists customers with parts inquiries. They also work with the Outside Pars Sales Reps for parts ordering.
Examples of Duties:
- Respond to customer parts or information requests quickly
- Communicate with customers when a Back Order will occur and offer alternatives
- Determine availability and price information and document this information as necessary
- Provide part to customer from stock, procure locally or create a parts order as directed
- Monitor the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival
- Inventory control maintenance
- Capable of loading and unloading of freight with forklift
- Knowledge and able to ship and accept freight from motor carriers, UPS or FedEx
- Other duties as assigned
- High School degree or equivalent
- Parts Department experience
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive or truck mechanics
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to life at least 25-50 pounds
